Description

Shelby, a miniature schnauzer, is the pet of Dennis Alexander! Her outdoor escapade is illustrated in this G major solo. Students will have the opportunity to experience "a dog's life" as they navigate the keyboard utilizing different accidentals, G major triads, and five-finger patterns. The melody shifts between the hands consistently. Shelby's day starts with sunshine (A) but faces a storm (B) and thunder. Nevertheless, the sun reappears in the Coda, allowing Shelby to proceed on her journey!
