This collection features a variety of compositions from Einaudi's 2007 album, transcribed specifically for solo piano. The composer notes that this folio includes the majority of the music from the Divenire album. Several pieces, especially those originally accompanied by orchestral arrangements or electronic elements, have been modified to enhance their suitability for solo piano performance. Additionally, the piece Svanire, which was originally for cello and strings, has been substituted with Luce, a solo piano track that can be found as a bonus on iTunes.
This collection, curated by Shirley Leah, is specifically designed for the developing voice and serves as a valuable resource for singing instructors, students, and amateur vocalists. It features a selection of works from renowned composers such as Falla, Faure, Giordani, Grieg, Handel, Haydn, Monteverdi, Munro, Nielsen, Purcell, Schubert, and Wolf. The repertoire includes pieces like "Auf Ein Altes Bild" by Wolf, "Cancion" by De Falla, "I Attempt from Love's Sickness" by Purcell, and "En Priere" by Faure, among others, providing a diverse range of musical styles and challenges suitable for various skill levels.
