In this scholarly edition, Dr. Baylor provides performance guidance for each piece, detailing aspects such as tempo, dynamics, pedaling, and metronome markings where applicable. Notably, Preludes Nos. 2, 5, 7, 10, 11, and 12 are featured selections for the Federation Festivals from 2016 to 2020, with additional selections for the 2020-2024 and 2024-2028 festivals.
