The Viola Mix series offers a diverse collection of new arrangements for viola students. Book 3 provides an attractive repertoire at Grade 3 level, spanning a wide variety of musical styles. Renowned works such as 'Jupiter' from The Planets and the African-American spiritual 'Deep River' are featured, alongside lesser-known gems like 'Rabbit Foot' by Florence Price and the traditional Ukrainian song 'Halya carries water'.

The series has been meticulously compiled by string experts Kathy and David Blackwell, covering the key musical and technical elements of the early grades across three progressive volumes. Many of the arrangements are included in the ABRSM Viola syllabus from 2024, making them ideal choices for Performance Grade exams.
