This edition of Sonatinas, Op. 36 is derived from the original printing released by Clementi himself. It features Clementi's own articulations, fingerings, and ornaments in dark print, while Dr. Palmer's additional performance suggestions are presented in light gray print. These recommendations are based on Clementi's related work, Introduction to the Art of Playing on the Pianoforte, which was first published in 1801.
