Description
Bach gave his spouse Anna Magdalena two written by hand books of music. The moment one is of specific esteem with its gilt-edged, vellum-covered official. In this small book of 1725 he famous down various piano works within the most distinctive styles – both his possess and by other composers. The Henle Urtext version, which by chance is one of our top of the line titles, reliably replicates the total substance of this original copy, aside from the developments from the “French Suites” (HN 593) and “Partitas” (HN 28) within the note pad, which can be found somewhere else within the Henle catalogue. It is additionally an illustration of wonderful etching by hand.
