Description

Based on the music text from the New Mozart Edition, this new piano reduction of Mozart's "Coronation Concerto" K.537 is completely compatible with the performance material that is already available (BA 5318).

This piano reduction edition includes a separate Urtext solo piano part that enables the soloist to conduct the ensemble from the piano and improvise above the tutti basses for the first time since Mozart's time, in addition to playing the piece as has been the norm in recent decades.

A separate booklet with cadenzas and a few lead-ins by August Eberhard Müller, Carl Reinecke, and Max Reger is included with the new edition.
