Joseph Banowetz is a graduate of the Vienna Akademie für Musik und darstellende Kunst, where he received First Prize. His career as a piano recitalist and orchestral soloist has taken him across five continents. In recognition of his exceptional interpretations of Liszt and the Romantic repertoire, he was honored with the Liszt Medal by the Hungarian Liszt Society.
