This captivating collection features 100 early intermediate pieces in their authentic form, ranging from the Baroque era to contemporary works. The carefully curated repertoire includes a variety of minuets, folk dances, character pieces, and more, all selected for their appeal to students by editor Lynn Freeman Olson.
Pianist Kim O'Reilly Newman, who holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Illinois, has performed extensively across North America and Europe with the Hambro Quartet of Pianos. Additionally, she has contributed as an editor and recording pianist for Alfred Music. A brain tumor survivor, Kim now focuses on performing music tailored for the left hand.
