Book Two presents Finger Patterns No 2, No 3, and No 4, along with techniques such as portato bowing, linked dotted bowing, extended scales, chromatic scales, minor scales, and scales in broken thirds. It also includes elementary finger exercises, double stops, and emphasizes the overall development of sound bowing. The book features numerous original violin duets, some of which are available separately with piano accompaniments by Sally Mays. This volume addresses the requirements for Grade One and Two.
