Description
This course is tailored for adolescents seeking to enhance their music theory skills despite having limited study time. It comprises eight units focused on various topics, including rhythm, intervals, major scales, major key signatures, musical terminology and symbols, minor triads, second inversion triads, and I-IV-I-V7-I chord progressions in major keys. Each unit features a concise introduction to the topic, brief exercises for five days a week, and additional credit opportunities with more challenging tasks.
Although the materials are primarily aimed at piano players, they offer significant value to any instrumentalist. This is particularly beneficial for vocalists aiming to improve their sight-singing abilities and their understanding of transpositions and piano accompaniment.
