This splendid early intermediate piano duet composed by Martha Mier commences with the main theme being presented by both hands in the primo part. Meanwhile, the secondo part features a slowly repeated accompaniment figure that fosters a reflective atmosphere. The roles are reversed in the middle section prior to a reprise of the initial theme.
