Description

Daniel Gottlob Türk (1750-1813) served as the director of music at Halle University. He wrote the most influential keyboard tutor of its time, the monumental Klavierschule. To accompany this seminal work, Türk also composed two books of practical pieces.

These albums progress from the simplest two-part compositions to more complex works that practice various technical aspects. As a result, they provide excellent teaching material for the early grades.
