This collection is perfectly suited for students who are preparing for contests or recitals after three to four years of study. Each piece is designed to be played comfortably in the first position. The repertoire includes notable works such as March in G Major and Minuet in C Major by J.S. Bach, Boccherini's Minuet from String Quintet in E Major, Op. 11, No. 5, Brahms' Waltz, Op. 39, No. 15, and Fauré's Lydia.
