These pieces were specifically chosen for their ability to showcase students' showmanship, offering an impressive and enjoyable playing experience while utilizing a wide array of the piano's capabilities. Additionally, a CD recording by Valery Lloyd-Watts is available to complement the collection.

Valery Lloyd-Watts, a virtuoso pianist, received her education at the Conservatory of Music in Toronto and the Royal College of Music in London. She holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin, where she studied under Paul Badura-Skoda. Furthermore, she co-authored the book Studying Suzuki Piano: More than Music, which has received endorsement from Dr. Suzuki.
