Designed for intermediate pianists, the collection includes pieces from the deluxe album, such as ‘Drop Solo’ and ‘Twice Solo,’ along with two adaptations of ‘Elegy For The Arctic,’ specifically composed for Greenpeace. Additionally, it showcases photographs from Einaudi’s remarkable floating performance on the Arctic Ocean, complemented by distinctive text and illustrations. Einaudi’s 2015 album Elements achieved unprecedented success, not only within the classical genre but also on pop charts, surpassing artists like Taylor Swift and James Bay, and inspiring remixes by electronic musicians such as Mogwai and Starkey. The solo Piano renditions of ‘Drop’ and ‘Twice’ return the compositions to their essence, providing a more personal experience for fans, enthusiasts, and students alike. This folio includes four new transcriptions for Piano solo, notes from the composer, and unique visuals from Einaudi’s Arctic performance, featuring pieces like Elegy For The Arctic, Drop Solo, Twice Solo, and the extended studio version of Elegy For The Arctic.
