Description

Alfred's Ultimate Movie Instrumental Solos series is specifically arranged for a variety of instruments, including flute, clarinet, alto sax, tenor sax, trumpet, horn in F, trombone, violin, viola, cello, and optional piano accompaniment. The arrangements for wind instruments are designed to be fully compatible, allowing students who have completed the first book of any standard band method to perform them as solos or in ensembles. Accompanying the series is a fully orchestrated recording that features each song as a live performance demo followed by a play-along track. Additionally, the media package includes a PDF of the Piano Accompaniment and Alfred's Tempo Changer Software.

The collection comprises 60 songs, featuring titles such as Cantina Band, Follow the Yellow Brick Road / We're Off to See the Wizard, Gollum's Song, Hedwig's Theme, James Bond Theme, Obliviate, Pink Panther Theme, Raiders March, Superman Theme, Wonka's Welcome Song, among others. It is important to note that due to considerations regarding key signatures and instrument ranges, the arrangements for wind instruments are not compatible with those for string instruments within this series.
