Young students and teachers can choose from a wide variety of performance pieces in these two sets, which can be played individually or in conjunction with the Sassmannshaus Early Start on the Violin technique. After only a few months of instruction, all of the pieces can be used because they are all written totally in first position.

The teacher or a more experienced student may play the piano portion. Alternatively, a second violin might be used to perform the accompaniment.
