Description

This book supports ABRSM's Grade 1 Flute syllabus from 2022 with a comprehensive collection of materials. It includes nine exam pieces spanning a range of musical styles, selected from ABRSM's Lists A, B, and C. The book provides both the flute part and piano accompaniment for this repertoire, which features a mix of classic pieces and newly commissioned works. Additionally, it covers the scales, arpeggios, and sight-reading requirements outlined in the current syllabus. To further aid practice and preparation, the book includes audio downloads featuring expert performances of the nine pieces, as well as accompaniment-only tracks.
