Orchestra Expressions™ equips music educators across all levels with user-friendly and engaging resources designed to address everyday classroom challenges while enhancing the teaching of music. The curriculum is developed in alignment with the National Standards for the Arts in Music, ensuring a foundational approach rather than a retrofitted one. Centered on music literacy, the program fulfills reading and writing requirements within orchestra classes, employing a "four-fingers-down" technique for each instrument and promoting the simultaneous development of both hands. Each student book is visually appealing, featuring a full-color layout with clear notation, and includes online audio with 110 accompaniment tracks, historical insights on prominent orchestral composers, a comprehensive glossary of musical terminology, as well as scales and warm-up exercises. Future editions may be produced with black and white interiors.
